What do the free reports include?

All reports include the pure results reflecting the reality of coworking spaces through a wide range of charts.

All free reports include general results on the described topics and typically exclude group comparisons, as these require more time to analyze. Nonetheless, the reports provide an overview of the overall state of the coworking space industry. For this, please refer to the additional information in each report.

What do the paid reports include?

All paid reports feature in-depth analyses of the topics covered, offering detailed results with comprehensive group comparisons to present multiple perspectives. This multifaceted approach provides nuanced perspectives and requires significant analytical effort, which is financed by stakeholders interested in deeper understanding. For this, please refer to the additional information in each report.

You won’t find anything similar to these reports anywhere else on the internet. If you do, they’re often also based on the Global Coworking Survey or the Coworking Trends Survey.

What is the source of the reports?

The reports are based on the results of the Global Coworking Survey and the Coworking Trends Survey, which are the longest-running and largest surveys tracking the coworking movement since 2010. The most recent Global Coworking Survey was conducted in 2023, while the latest Coworking Trends Survey took place in late 2024 and early 2025.

The Global Coworking Survey is hosted at CoworkingSurvey.Com, while the Coworking Trends Survey is available at CoworkingTrends.Co. Visit these websites to see if a new survey is currently open. If none are active, you’ll be redirected to an article with the latest results for that survey.

What is the difference between the paid and the free reports?

General results are published in free slides and free reports.

The paid reports include a much more comprehensive analysis with detailed group comparisons.

Free articles may include general results as well as select detailed findings when they are relevant to a broader audience.

Does the main color of each report have a specific meaning?

Yes. Green reports focus on coworking spaces and are completed by operators or staff. Red reports are responded by members and reflect their perspective. Yellow bundles include reports that combine both viewpoints.

Are there discounts for students?

Yes. Students receive a discount when sending a copy of their student ID from their student email account.

Do I get a discount when I buy more than one report?

Yes. You can reduce the price for each report by compiling your own bundle of reports. All reports are unique, meaning the content usually doesn’t overlap. There’s one exception: half of the “Profitability of Coworking Spaces” report can also be found in the “Ultimate Coworking Space Data Report”.

Use the code BUY2GET10% when you order two reports or BUY3GET15% for three reports.

You also can qualify for a discount when buying an updated version of the same report. Simply use the contact form and write us your name & which report you ordered. You will receive a discount code to use when purchasing (an) updated report(s). Furthermore, new reports are discounted within the first two weeks after they’ve been published. Our newsletter informs about it.

There are no other discounts apart from the options above.

What happens with the financial information when purchasing reports?

We use third parties for any transactions. We don’t receive any information such as your credit card or account number. The only data we collect is the information necessary to write you an invoice: The name and price of the purchased report, your name and address, and your company name and tax ID (if provided).
