* Flexible workspace providers could describe their primary business approach. 64% chose 'coworking spaces', 13% 'hybrid workspaces' or 'mixed workspaces', 9% 'business centers' or 'serviced offices', 8% 'community workspaces' or 'collaborative workspaces', 2% 'shared offices', and the remaining 5% represent other workspaces that can be summarized as mixed spaces, such as coworking spaces that also operate an incubator, hotel, coliving space, event venue, or offer childcare, etc. In conclusion, most of the flexible workspace providers participating in this survey represent coworking spaces.
